Amanda Hamilton Diet Review

Who is Amanda Hamilton?

You may remember her as the co-presenter of the BBC TV show 'Something For The Weekend' with Tim Lovejoy.

Amanda Hamilton is the author of two books on nutrition and regularly writes articles for national newspapers and magazines across the UK.

Amanda was determined to find an effective weight loss programme that really worked.

Her research and knowledge of nutrition, combined with a genuine desire to help others with similar weight problems, led her to become a member of The Royal Society of Medicine; she has been a registered Nutritionist for over a decade.

So what is the Amanda Hamilton diet plan?

The plan is a dietary based, weight loss programme that is personally tailored to individual body type.

There is a personalised progress report, details of exercise regimens to help burn off calories, webinars (interactive online discussion seminars) you can participate in to help with monitoring your continuing weight loss.

There are three stages in the Amanda Hamilton Plan :

De-Tox Phase during which, you are given the details of 3 meals and 2 snacks for five days along with instructive and inspirational videos.

Re-Shape Phase is when the personalised menu plan for your exact body type is introduced.

Healthy-Me Phase is for maintaining your target weight once that is achieved.

Your membership entitles you to: a menu library, tailored menu portions to suit your body type, 'drag and drop' menu planner, progress tracker, access to exclusive nutritional guidance by experts through videos and blogs, and participation in the community area with other weight watchers and experts.

Pros

There are no magic pills or supplements involved.
Be part of a community with help and support always at hand.
There are many testimonials from people who have benefited from this weight loss programme.
Healthy, easy to follow menus are provided for you, specifically designed for your body type.

Cons
There is no tangible product involved, the customer is provided with a tailored programme which must be adhered to in order to benefit.
This is just one programme among a host of other weight loss programmes on the market and there does not seem to be any unique feature to the Amanda Hamilton Diet Plan which gives it a distinct advantage over other, similar programmes.

Is the Amanda Hamilton weight loss plan worth trying?

Amanda's own personal experience, her commitment to helping others and her qualifications should convince many people that this is a genuine and successful method for reducing weight.

The video testimonials available on her website all seem to confirm the weight loss plans efficacy.

There is also the opportunity to become part of an online community, where you can chart your progress and share experiences with others.

The cost of this programme may seem a little expensive but it is claimed that you can expect to lose up to 5lbs in 7 days and 14lbs in a month.
